STEP 1 - Anesthesia (Numbing the area)
Our dentists will ask for your preference and a local anesthesia will be given to numb the area around the affected tooth by option. This ensures that you won't feel any pain during the procedure.

2. Decay removal & tooth preparation
Our dentists will remove the decayed portion prior to the filling, followed by cleaning the area thoroughly to ensure no debris or bacteria remain.

3. Tooth Preparation
In this case, since it is a class II restoration, a matrix is used for isolation & proper contouring.

4. Finishing Touches
Done! Our dentist will check the bite and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you feel a smooth tooth & natural bite. The duration for each filling varies from the location & size of your cavity.

Dental fillings not only restore the function of teeth but also prevent further decay. In a worse scenario, a root canal treatment & dental crown might be required if the decay keep developing.
